Mr. YuanWenliang,
attorney at law, graduated from Zhejiang University in 1988, majored
in business management and electronic automation and was awarded
the Engineer Degree in 1988. Mr. YuanWenliang is pursuing the degree
of LLM in one of the most famous university in China, QingHua University,
majoring in civil law and business law.
Before practicing law, Mr. YuanWenliang has been engaged in the
aspect of real estate, especially is good at the development, management,
bidding and invite bidding, construction and economic management,
project investment, project financing of real estate. Mr. YuanWenliang
has got the certificate of Real Estate Economist, the certificate
of Real Estate Budgeting, and the certificate of Real Estate Engineer,
and has the qualification of assets valuation.
Mr. YuanWenliang has been practicing law in Zhejiang Boning Law
Firm since he got the bar qualification certificate in 1999. While
his practicing law, Mr YuanWenliang has succeeded in dealing with
legal issues by combining with his experienced knowledge of real
